American Flag
Have you ever thought of who actually made the American Flag?
No one actually knows who made it so I will tell you who I think it was.
I think Betsy Ross was the person to make the flag.
The reason I think its Betsy Ross is because George Washington asked her because he went to church with her.
Another Reason I think Betsy Ross made it was because she could sew and knit really well.
The Final reason was because she acted like she would be the happiest person in the world to make the Flag.

Francis M used to be an United States Soilder.
People knew him as the Swamp Fox.
Was an Colonial American Soilder.
Fought against Cheerekoe 1759.
Was very important.
He’s very tough and kind.
He also was born in South Carolina.
Was very special because of his very hard work.

November Memories
One time in November on Thanksgiving day I remember cooking the Thanksgiving dinner with my mom. We made turkey ,corn , mashed potatoes, and many more things.
I really enjoyed making the apple pie with my mom. The first thing we did was get the dough into the
holder, and then added the apples.
Finally ,we put the top of the apple pie on, and put it in the oven. It said to put it on for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once It was done, we gave everybody a piece , and they tasted it. Everybody said ‘This apple pie is delicious’. Once we were finished eating I told my mom ‘Thank You for letting me cook with you. This was the Best Thanksgiving ever.

What it would be like being a potter in Colonial time
Dear Colonial time me, If I was a potter in the colonial time for a day I would have a daughter or son. I would really enjoy my job if I had it,because I could say to myself whenever I’m sculpting the skies the limit with my designs. If I wanted to be a potter I would need strong hands,creative minds,and most importantly non selfish.This is what it would be like if I was a potter in the colonial time period.
Homecoming
What it means to be a Roughneck is to be loyal,kind and forgiving.I think that Homecoming is a good way to keep in touch with your old teachers your classmates and etc.You are a true roughneck if you are these things up here.It doesn’t mean if you wern,t born here or lived here your whole life that it means you are not a roughneck. What I learned about exploration was that Lucas vaquez de allyon was a very sucessful man.I always wanted to know who discoverd the cheesepeake bay.He discoverd many things.
